CLEANING GUIDE
Vegan Leather / Leather Uppers
Remove loose dust with a dry, soft-bristle brush or microfibre cloth
Dampen a clean cloth with lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap
Wipe gently in circular motions — do not scrub
Wipe again with a plain damp cloth to remove soap residue
Air dry at room temperature, away from direct sunlight or heat sources
Anti-Slip TPR & Rubber Soles
Remove dirt and grit using a dry brush or cloth
If needed, rinse the sole underside lightly with water
Use a soft brush (like an old toothbrush) to clean grooves
Dry naturally — prolonged soaking can weaken adhesive bonds over time
STORAGE
Store in the dust bag or original box in a cool, dry, ventilated space
Avoid stacking footwear — pressure deforms uppers and compresses cushioned footbeds
Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, and artificial heat
In high-humidity months, place a silica gel packet inside the box to prevent mould and material degradation

Do not machine wash or submerge in water
Do not dry under direct sunlight or near heat sources — this can crack uppers and warp soles
Do not use alcohol-based cleaners, acetone, or abrasive cloths
Do not wear leather or vegan leather styles in heavy rain without protection

Condition regularly to maintain suppleness and prevent cracking
Use a water-repellent spray monthly to protect from moisture and dust
Address scuffs early using a matching sandal cream
Allow footwear to rest between wears to retain structure
