- Each product is inspected thoroughly to ensure quality before dispatch.
- Your footwear is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- The package is handed over to our trusted courier partner and shipped to your address.
- If your location is in a remote area where our courier partners don’t deliver, our team will connect with you to arrange the best alternative solution.

- As our products are made-to-order and artisan-crafted, there may occasionally be slight delays.
- Orders are shipped on working days, and in many cases even on weekends and holidays.

Yes, you can track your order! Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS from The Sole Yatra with your tracking ID. Simply use the provided link or tracking number to check your order’s journey.
Domestic Shipping (India)
- We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
- Standard Shipping: Usually delivered in 5–8 business days.
- Express Shipping: Available for select locations (2–4 business days, additional charges apply — temporarily unavailable due to high demand).
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Rs180 per order (includes handling charges).
Packaging
Every order is packed securely and with care, so it arrives in excellent condition.
Address Changes

- If the order has already been shipped, re-shipping to a new address will attract an additional fee of Rs150.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally using reliable partners like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex.
