Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy โ€“ The Sole Yatra

At The Sole Yatra, every pair of footwear is handcrafted with care and passes through multiple quality checks before dispatch. However, in rare cases where you may need to request an exchange or raise a concern, we are here to help. Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.

๐Ÿ”„ Size Exchange

  • If you face a size issue, please email us at support@thesoleyatra.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We currently do not provide reverse pick-up service. Customers must ship the product back at their own cost.

  • Please ship your parcel only through the following approved courier partners:
    FedEx, Aramex, First Flight, Professional Courier, DTDC, or Speed Post.

  • Ensure that your name, order ID, and contact number are clearly mentioned on the parcel.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, an exchange will be processed.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size concerns. Exchange for a different product, style, or color is not applicable.

  • Items purchased under offers, discounts, or clearance sales are not eligible for exchange.

๐Ÿšซ Returns

  • We do not accept returns for products once sold, except in cases of damaged or wrong delivery.

๐Ÿ›  Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing images/video at support@thesoleyatra.com.

  • After verification, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

โŒ Exchange Not Accepted In The Following Cases

  1. Minor colour variation due to lighting or screen resolution (up to 10% difference).

  2. Customer not liking the material, design, or colour after purchase.

  3. Products bought during sales, offers, or discounts.

  4. Products returned without original packaging/tags or showing signs of use.

๐Ÿ’ณ Cancellations (Domestic Orders)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at support@thesoleyatra.com.

  • Prepaid order cancellations will incur a 2.5% payment gateway deduction.

  • Refunds are processed within 5โ€“7 working days to the original payment method.

  • All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the customerโ€™s responsibility.

๐Ÿ”„ Exchanges & Returns

  • We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.

  • In case the customer wishes to proceed with an exchange, they must bear both-way international shipping costs.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email us at support@thesoleyatra.com within 24 hours of delivery, with clear pictures.

  • After verification, a replacement will be arranged.

๐Ÿ’ณ Cancellations (International Orders)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Refunds will be made after deducting a 3.5% payment gateway fee.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

  • Only products returned in unused condition, with original packaging & tags intact will be accepted.

  • The validity of credit vouchers (if issued) is 30 days.

  • The Sole Yatra reserves the right to reject exchange/cancellation requests that do not meet policy terms.
